Your first 90 days

Ninety days from fragmented activity to a system that produces pipeline.

Here is the plan itself: what happens in each phase, what you receive, what we need from your team, and when each of the eight operating domains starts producing.

The short answer

Every Momentence engagement runs the same 90-day sequence: diagnose and decide, build the spine, then turn on compounding. Your package decides the depth, meaning how many clusters, channels, markets, and pages are in scope. It does not change the order, because measurement has to exist before spend, and the site has to be publishable before content can compound.

  • Days 1 to 30: diagnose, agree on measurement, rank the work.
  • Days 31 to 60: ship the site, the search foundations, and the tracking.
  • Days 61 to 90: publishing, paid, and iteration running on a weekly rhythm.

The plan

Three phases, with the outputs named.

Each phase ends with artifacts you own, not a status update. Here is what lands and what we need from your side to make it land on time.

1Days 1 to 30

Diagnose and decide

We establish what is true today, agree on how growth will be measured, and rank the work before anyone builds anything.

What you get

  • Growth system audit across site, search, content, paid, and pipeline data
  • Revenue measurement model: definitions, events, stages, and the single source of truth for pipeline
  • AI discovery baseline: prompt set, citation share, and how the major engines currently describe you
  • Conversion architecture review of every page a buyer touches before a request
  • Ranked roadmap with the first 90 days sequenced and the reasoning written down

What we need from you

  • Read access to analytics, search console, ad accounts, and CRM reporting
  • Two or three conversations with the people accountable for marketing, sales, and product
  • Your current positioning, pricing, and ICP definition as they actually stand
2Days 31 to 60

Build the spine

The site, the search foundations, and the measurement plumbing go live so every later action is trackable and every page is publishable without engineering.

What you get

  • New marketing site shipped with a page system your team can extend
  • Technical SEO, internal linking, and topical structure implemented, not just recommended
  • AEO and GEO foundations: AI crawler access, indexable rendering, answer-first structure, factual consistency, structured data
  • Tracking, dashboards, and CRM handoffs live and reconciled against your CRM
  • Lifecycle nurture in place for requests that are real but not ready
  • First experiment queue opened on messaging, offers, and primary conversion paths

What we need from you

  • One decision maker for site copy and design approvals
  • CRM admin access for field and stage changes
  • Brand assets and any legal or compliance review requirements up front
3Days 61 to 90

Turn on compounding

Publishing, paid, and iteration run on a weekly rhythm, and the first monthly report tells you what to fund next.

What you get

  • Content engine publishing on cadence against the questions your category gets asked
  • Paid channels live where the media budget qualifies, iterated weekly on creative and audience
  • Off-site corpus and entity work underway so engines describe you accurately
  • Attribution reporting connecting each channel to pipeline created and pipeline won
  • First monthly report with results, what we learned, and ranked next actions
  • Standing test queue running with results written down each week

What we need from you

  • Subject matter access for reviews, typically 60 to 90 minutes per week
  • Approved media budget if paid is in scope
  • Sales feedback on lead quality so targeting and offers can correct quickly

Operating domains

When each of the eight domains starts.

The same eight domains we operate between market discovery and qualified pipeline, mapped to the phase where each one begins producing.

Operating rhythm

How you stay current without chasing us.

The cadence starts in week one and does not change after the first 90 days.

Written weekly update

What shipped, what moved, what is blocked, and what we are doing next. In writing, every week, no meeting required to read it.

Monthly report

Results against the measurement model, what we learned, and ranked next actions with the reasoning included.

Shared roadmap

One live roadmap you can see at any time, so priority changes are visible rather than announced later.

Standing test queue

Messaging, pages, offers, and channels always have something in test, and every result gets written down.

Depth by package

Same sequence, different depth.

Ignite, Momentum, and Category Leadership all run these three phases. The package decides how many clusters, channels, markets, and pages are in scope.

Pick the depth

Published monthly pricing with inclusion limits spelled out per package, plus a fit calculator that accounts for sales motion, average contract value, media budget, team, and data readiness.

Questions

First 90 days, answered.

Kickoff, access provisioning, and the start of the audit. We pull analytics, search console, ad accounts, and CRM reporting, run the AI discovery prompt set, and hold the strategy conversations with the people accountable for marketing, sales, and product. Nothing gets built in week one because the sequence is not set yet.
Read access to analytics, search console, ad accounts, and CRM reporting to diagnose. Admin access to the CRM and the site or DNS when the build phase starts. We document exactly what we hold and remove it on request.
Then the build phase spends its time on conversion architecture, technical SEO, schema, and the page system instead of a full rebuild. The sequence does not change, the work inside phase two does.
Only when tracking is trustworthy and the media budget qualifies. Momentum and above assume a minimum monthly media budget of $15,000, paid separately from the retainer. Spending before measurement is in place produces numbers nobody can act on.
It gets changed in writing. The roadmap is shared, the weekly update names what moved and what did not, and the monthly report ranks next actions on evidence. A plan that never changes across 90 days usually means nobody is reading the data.
The sequence is the same. The depth is not. Ignite runs a focused version across fewer clusters and channels, Momentum widens content and paid, and Category Leadership adds market and product line coverage plus deeper off-site work. Pricing spells out the inclusion limits for each.
